These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bz999 ("bz999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bz999 online gaming platform accessible at bz999.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings between you and bz999 in relation to the Platform.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions in force, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and applicable provincial legislation. bz999 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and is not endorsed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial institution. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licence jurisdiction applicable to the Platform. By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. bz999 may require you to provide documentary proof of age at any time. Reaching the age of 18 does not by itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan — applicable local laws remain your responsibility.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bz999 does not represent that the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Each individual may hold only one Account. If bz999 discovers that a User has registered multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts may be closed, bonuses forfeited and any resulting winnings voided.

You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering your Account. You are required to keep this information current. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bz999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify bz999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
bz999 may request identity verification documents at any time — including prior to processing a withdrawal, upon a large deposit, or if fraud is suspected. Acceptable documentation may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC may result in account suspension and delayed or refused withdrawals.

bz999 reserves the right to void bets, freeze accounts and permanently ban users found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct. Confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering may be reported to relevant authorities.
Deposit methods available on the Platform are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. Methods may include mobile wallet options familiar to Pakistani users (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, subject to operator availability), bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. bz999 does not guarantee that any specific payment method will remain available at all times, and availability may vary by region.
Important: The mention of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment provider in these Terms or on the Platform does not imply their endorsement of, or affiliation with, bz999 or online gambling activities. Users must review each provider's own terms before initiating a transaction.
Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of the transaction. Deposits below the applicable threshold will not be credited to your Account.
By depositing funds, you warrant that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from unlawful activity. bz999 may request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of AML compliance.
Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders whose identity has been confirmed through the KYC process. bz999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification or investigation.
The name on your withdrawal destination (bank account, wallet or otherwise) must match exactly the name registered on your bz999 Account and your KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
If you hold any active bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied before real-money funds become withdrawable. Alternatively, you may forfeit the bonus and any associated bonus winnings in order to proceed with a withdrawal.
bz999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the withdrawal method selected, the completeness of your KYC status, internal review requirements and third-party payment processing timelines. Contact support if your withdrawal has not been processed within a reasonable period.
bz999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives. Each promotion is governed by specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiry periods and maximum cash-out caps. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus or resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Illustrative figures only — check the specific offer terms for exact requirements.
While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or wager. Bets exceeding this limit (as specified in the offer terms) may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been met.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino. The specific contribution table for each promotion is available in the offer terms. bz999 reserves the right to adjust game contribution rates with notice.
If bz999 determines that a User has abused, exploited or manipulated any bonus or promotional offer — including through coordinated play, hedging or systematic low-risk wagering to meet rollover requirements — bz999 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus, void any resulting winnings and suspend the Account.
Each game and betting market on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules apply to that game only.
bz999 is committed to providing tools that support responsible gambling. Users may access deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options from within their Account dashboard. These tools are described in full on our Responsible Gambling page.
bz999 strongly encourages Users who believe they may have a gambling problem to make use of these tools and to seek assistance from a qualified counselling service in their area. Where an Account is closed due to suspected fraud or a material breach, bz999 may retain any funds held in that Account pending investigation and resolution.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting bz999 support. Pending withdrawals and any outstanding KYC requirements must be resolved before a closure can be finalised. Funds held in real-money balance at the time of closure (subject to bonus conditions) will be processed for return to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bz999 holds its operating licence. bz999 does not represent that the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that applicable local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any provincial legislation in Pakistan — may restrict or prohibit your use of the Platform, and that compliance with such laws is your sole responsibility.
